Final Sale Policy
At Eco Cups, we manufacture bespoke, custom-printed products. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or no longer require the items.
Exemptions for Personalised Goods
Under UK law, personalised and custom-made items are exempt from the standard 14-day 'cooling-off' period. Once an order for branded cups has been placed and production has been authorised, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
We only accept returns if the product is faulty, damaged, or does not match your approved digital proof. In these instances:
- You must notify us via email at hello@ecocups.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.
- Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the fault.
- If the claim is verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Personalised Items
For standard, non-printed items, we do not offer a voluntary returns policy. Statutory rights for distance selling apply only where legally mandated, provided the items remain in their original, unopened packaging.
