2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your order, please email sales@festival-cup.co.uk with your delivery details and a description of the issue.

We guarantee that our products meet the highest quality standards and will match the approved proof. Please note that colour variations can occur between on-screen visuals and printed results.

3. Invoicing & Payment

Our preferred payment method is bank transfer, payable upon receipt of invoice. Invoices are emailed in PDF format to minimise paper use.

Orders will not enter production until full payment has been received. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in order cancellation or suspension of future deliveries. Alternate payment methods may be arranged by contacting our accounts team.

4. Alterations & Cancellations

As our products are custom printed, amendments may not always be possible once production has started. You may cancel your order with at least five working days’ notice. However, depending on progress, you may still incur charges for work already completed.

5. Delivery Policy

Deliveries are made according to the address and instructions provided when ordering. While we aim to meet stated delivery dates, these are estimates only.

All orders are shipped via a next-day courier service, dispatched to arrive on or before the agreed date. Early shipment may occur if production is completed ahead of schedule.

Eco Cups will not be liable for delays or missed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier issues. Refunds cannot be issued for such delays.

6. Shipping Limitations

Orders are shipped to addresses provided by the purchaser, provided they comply with our shipping policies. Risk of loss and title for all items pass to the buyer once goods are handed to the carrier. Any claims for damaged or lost shipments must be made directly with the courier.

7. Placing an Order

By placing an order with Eco Cups, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal authority to do so. You also confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

8. Limitations of Liability

We strive to ensure that festival-cup.co.uk operates smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Access may occasionally be restricted for maintenance or updates.

Eco Cups will not be responsible for:

Losses not caused by our breach of contract;
Business losses (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill); or
Indirect or unforeseeable losses.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your legal right to receive goods or services within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in these conditions limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
